TERMS & CONDITIONS: TEXPLATE SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

This privacy notice for Appflate Andrzej Chmielewski These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the subscription services provided by Texplate for its Gold and Silver plans. Please read these Terms carefully. By subscribing to either of these plans, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Subscription Plans

1.1 Gold Plan

By subscribing to the Gold Plan: a. Access: You will gain access to all features of the Texplate app. b. Third-party AI services: You will be able to interface with third-party AI services provided by OpenAI. c. Data sharing: You can share your prompt templates between devices using a third-party online database service managed by Texplate. d. Usage Limit: Users of the Gold Plan are limited to 5000 prompt executions per month. Any excess usage will either be restricted or may incur additional charges, as determined by Texplate.

1.2 Silver Plan

By subscribing to the Silver Plan: a. API Key Requirement: Users must manage their own API key to be able to execute AI prompt templates. Texplate does not provide an API key for Silver plan subscribers.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide exceptional service, Texplate and its third-party providers cannot always foresee or anticipate technical or other difficulties. These difficulties may result in loss of data, personalization settings, or other service interruptions.

Data Sharing and Privacy

The sharing of data between devices using our third-party online database service is done at your own risk. We encourage you to always backup your data. For more information on how we handle data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Payments and Renewals

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly/yearly basis and are non-refundable for the subscription period they are purchased for.

Modification of Terms

Texplate reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

Termination

Failure to comply with these Terms can result in immediate termination of your subscription, with or without refund.
